CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less thank 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booking service. As a client of ours, we respect you and your time. Your reserved time is designated just for you and we ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule, you provide us with 24 hour notice. That gives your stylist an opportunity to make adjustments to their schedule and accommodate other clients on the waiting list. We understand that emergencies and unexpected issues occur, in this case, we will do our best to work with you.
